Cadweb offers Electronic Project Information Management as part of its service. This service helps users to optimise the benefit to be gained from their use of the Cadweb.net. Rather than provide just the system and remote technical support, it is important to help all parties who are working on the project to use the system to its best effect. Cadweb provides construction project managers to liaise with users, document controllers and project managers for this purpose. This requires knowledge of the industry and its processes, it is not provided by those with a background in the IT industry. Each project has a named Cadweb Project Manager assigned as the first point of contact.

Support and advice about system configuration when first setting up Cadweb.net.

Help guidance and training for new user accounts.

Advice and assistance with the creation of a project protocol document using the ‘Cadweb Ten Commandments’.

Regular updates on new developments, products and services relating to Cadweb.net (E.G. BIM integration).

Progressive training and support for all users either face to face or online with on-going support as required over the life cycle of the project. This includes making specific changes /improvements to the system as and when required
