Cadweb understands that a project requires more than just an IT system. Ongoing user support and training throughout the lifecycle of the project is required. To this end Cadweb has developed a very effective training program that enables every user to maximise the benefit that they can derive from their use of the system. Offered to all new and existing users it is tailored to suit either the individual user or an entire project team’s requirements. It is further complimented by our help desk which can be contacted by phone or online.

In-house or on-site a training program can be arranged/developed and tailored for your team needs.
This includes:

  • Guidance through the initial registration; set up and login.
  • Insuring that every member of a project team is confident about their use of the system and has at a minimum the basic knowledge that will allow them to access their information and issue anything they may need to.


  • Advanced training for those who will be heavy users of the system. Advanced users often have specific requirements. After many years of development most of these have been built into the system, but if not the necessary changes will be made to the system to accommodate.
  • Specific training for a particular module of the system when its use is required e.g. Tendering: As Built Information: CDM: Health and Safety file: Snagging etc.
  • General training when any significant new functionality/ system upgrade is made to the system.
  • A review and any advice the team may need on the system configuration and the Protocol Document that arises from the agreed project procedures/ workflows.
  • Provision of a comprehensive online, telephone and on-site training service.
  • Attendance at any user group meetings or design team meeting as required by the team.
